ALDI is seeking a Store Associate in Champaign, IL to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience and follow store policies.

The position is full-time with an average of 30+ hours per week. Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with planned increases over the next years. Benefits include 401(k), health coverage, vacation time, holidays, parental leave, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment and POS system.
• Strong communication and arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to maintain neat shelves.
• Cashier duties and processing customer purchases.
