Job summary

ALDI Saint Charles, MO is seeking a full-time Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work with the ALDI team to provide a smooth checkout and a superior shopping experience.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with wage increases in Year 2–5. Minimum requirements include 18+ years old and a high school diploma or equivalent, with full-time benefits and a typical 30+ hour schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise shelves and displays neatly according to planograms.
• Cashier and operate POS system with accuracy.
• Assist in curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
