This full-time role averages 30+ hours per week with starting wage of $19.50 per hour and scheduled increases: Year 2 $20.00, Year 3 $20.50, Year 4 $20.50, Year 5 $21.50. Benefits include 401(k), insurance, paid time off and more.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers and scanners.
• Ability to follow ALDI policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock shelves to planogram standards.
• Cashier duties including accurately processing purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and inventory procedures.
