Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You’ll enhance the customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional service.

The role is full-time with 30+ hours weekly, starting at $19.50/hour, with yearly wage increases through Year 5. There are extensive benefits for full-time employees in this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt customer service and assist shoppers.
• Accurately scan items and process purchases using the POS system.
• Stock shelves and displays according to merchandising planograms.
• Handle curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and store procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
