Job summary

You will work closely with the ALDI team to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency. The position offers a starting wage of $19.00 per hour with scheduled increases over five years, and typically 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment (cash register, floor scrubber, baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers).
• Interpret ALDI policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain attention to detail and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and cashiering per standards.
• Escalate concerns to store management as needed.
• Process purchases accurately using POS and report scanning issues.
• Follow cash policies and store line policies for lanes.
• Restock shelves according to merchandising plans to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Support management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Identify hazards and maintain a safe working environment.
