The role requires ability to operate the POS, handle cash, stock shelves, and assist with curbside orders. Full-time schedule with 30+ hours weekly and starting wage $18.50/hour, with wage increases over time.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service is required.
• Ability to operate store equipment (POS, scrubbers, baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices).
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic arithmetic and numerical accuracy.
• Follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Able to organize, prioritize and complete tasks on time.
• Reliable attendance and availability.
• Minimum age 18; HS diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products; maintain neat shelves per planograms.
• Operate POS to service customers and process purchases accurately.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and timely delivery to customers.
