Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring a store associate in New Jersey to help merchandise, stock product, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience.

This full-time role offers starting pay of $20 per hour with planned increases over the next years and 30+ hours per week. You’ll use the POS system, follow inventory and merchandising standards, and support store management in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service and follow service principles.
• Operate POS system and process purchases accurately.
• Stock shelves and follow merchandising planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately.
