Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Resident Medication Assistant to support residents’ daily living and monitor medication administration in a memory care–focused setting.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of resident care experience, and a valid CMT license. You’ll work 11pm–7am with shift differentials and receive generous benefits including PTO, holidays, and health coverage.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeableResident Medication Assistant.

Resident Medication Assistant Responsibilities include:

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed
• Assist in monitoring the medication program
• Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents

Resident Medication Assistant Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Two (2) years of resident care experience and/or training required
• Successfully complete all trainings as required by state regulations
• CMT License required
