South Texas Health System seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to assess, plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care for patients across shifts. You will interact with hospital staff and ancillary departments to resolve patient care concerns while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

The role may involve weekends, evenings, and on-call duties. Responsibilities include ventilator management, ABG draws, phlebotomy support, and rapid response coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Texas required; compact state license ok.
• Willingness to cross-train to other unit areas.
• Must meet Compliance, Code of Conduct, and complete required training.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Coordinate with staff to resolve patient care concerns.
• Handle ventilator management, lab draws, ABGs, and code blue activation as needed.
