Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Communicate with hospital staff and departments about patient care and concerns.
• Perform ventilator management, labs (including ABGs), and respond to Code Blue as needed.
• Work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, overtime, and on-call status as required.
