Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum one year of related experience in healthcare staffing.
• Experience with full cycle recruiting, sourcing, and due diligence.
• HRIS experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license if applicable.
• HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build sound relationships with field staff and generate referrals.
• Prospect new candidates to fill open job orders and meet client needs.
• Provide excellent customer service while aligning with company expectations.
• Ensure compliance and due diligence throughout the recruiting process.
