Job summary

I Am Boundless, Inc. in Worthington, OH is seeking a Recruiter to build strong relationships with field staff, source candidates, and manage the full recruiting cycle for healthcare staffing roles.

You will meet client expectations, ensure high-quality candidate pipelines, and provide excellent service while supporting the organization's mission to assist individuals with I/DD across Ohio. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum one year+ healthcare staffing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of full cycle recruiting: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, and due diligence.
• Experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities field preferred.
• Experience with HRIS software preferred.
• HR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, if applicable.
• Background check, drug screen, and health screen required.

Responsibilities

• As a Recruiter, you’ll build sound relationships with field staff, generate referrals, and prospect new candidates.
• You must meet company and client expectations for producing quality candidates for open job orders.
• You will provide excellent customer service while meeting the goals and needs of field personnel.
