Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking a Certified Peer Specialist for the Community Transitional Recovery Program (CTRP) in Raleigh, NC. This role leverages lived experience to support individuals in recovery, fostering hope, resilience, and community integration.

You will provide peer support, advocacy, and recovery education, helping participants strengthen coping skills and pursue independent living. This full-time position emphasizes compassionate, recovery-focused practice.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of experience working with others in Mental Health Recovery.
• Must complete 18 credit hours of additional training each year.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
