Resources for Human Development (RHD) seeks a compassionate Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) to join its Community Transitional Recovery Program (CTRP). You will use peer support, advocacy, and recovery education to help participants regain independence and stability in the community.

Join CTRP to empower individuals, build coping skills, and support transitions from crisis settings to community living. DailyPay access and employee development are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience working with others in mental health recovery.
• Ability to maintain required continuing education and training.
• Ability to complete 18 credit hours of additional training annually.
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized peer support and recovery-focused services.
• Advocate for individuals throughout the recovery process.
• Encourage engagement in treatment and recovery services.
• Model healthy recovery and wellness strategies.
• Help individuals identify their strengths, choices, and personal recovery goals.
