PLACE invites you to join Authentic Real Estate Services as a Showing Agent in Oklahoma City. You’ll work with industry-leading technology, elite coaching, and turnkey systems designed to accelerate your growth while delivering exceptional client service.

You’ll build a robust pipeline, host open houses, negotiate offers, and guide clients from lead to close. The role emphasizes learning, scripts, and daily collaboration with a national partner network to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Graduate top of class from PLACE Launch onboarding.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with prospective home buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify dream properties.
• Negotiate winning offers to protect and advocate for your clients.
• Track and manage pipeline using PLACE Technology.
• Host monthly open houses to generate active buyer and seller opportunities.
• Turn prospecting momentum into firm client appointments.
• Master objections and dialogue through dedicated weekly script sessions.
• Participate actively in team power-ups and collaborative events.
• Engage in 1:1 coaching, weekly skill trainings, and national partner strategy calls.
• Advise sellers, secure listing agreements, and showcase properties dynamically.
• Deliver sharp market knowledge on competitive pricing strategies, home staging, and listing services.

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
