Job summary

Bloomwell ABA, located in Anoka, Minnesota, is seeking entry-level and experienced RBTs to change the lives of our little patients. Offering competitive compensation from $20-$29/hr, guaranteed full-time hours, and robust training opportunities, we prioritize a teammate-centric model for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred. Psychology degree helpful.
• Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.
• Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm.
• Expected to go above and beyond for teammates and patients.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress.
• Build rapport with patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team members to update plans.
• Maintain confidentiality with all patient information.
• Contribute as a positive team member supporting inclusive culture.
