Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking both entry-level and experienced RBTs to join their team in Nebraska. Our focus is on providing essential care to children affected by autism, ensuring every teammate is supported through competitive pay ranging from $20 to $29 an hour, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development.

The ideal candidate will implement behavioral plans, develop positive relationships with patients, and may have a background in childcare or education. We value diversity and growth, fully committed to changing lives through exceptional clinical care.

Qualifications

• Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm.
• Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for our teammates and patients.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress.
• Build rapport with patients and caregivers.
