Job summary

D & M Behavioral Solutions, based in Pembroke Pines, FL, is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The role offers a stable 30+ hour schedule across school-day and after-school shifts, with a strong focus on delivering ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings.

You will work under a BCBA, collect real-time data, and write session notes within 24 hours while building meaningful skills and independence for each child.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (required).
• Florida driver license, reliable car, and auto insurance.
• A tablet or laptop for session notes.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Teaches communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Collects data in real time and completes session notes within 24 hours.
• Responds to challenging behavior using the behavior plan.
• Checks in and out of every session at the point of care.
• Communicates professionally with caregivers, BCBAs, and the treatment team.
• Participates in monthly supervision and ongoing training.
• Maintains client confidentiality and follows D & M policies and the RBT Ethics Code.
