D & M Behavioral Solutions is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Coral Springs, FL. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings, delivering ABA therapy and collecting data to guide treatment.

You will receive monthly BCBA supervision, opportunities for career growth, and a generous benefits program. A valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Valid Florida driver license and reliable car.
• Tablet or laptop for session notes.
• Ability to pass Florida Level 2 background screening.
• Six months ABA experience preferred.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Positive attitude and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect data in real time and complete session notes within 24 hours.
• Respond to challenging behavior using approved strategies.
• Check in/out of sessions and communicate with caregivers and team.
• Participate in monthly supervision and ongoing training.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow policies.
