D & M Behavioral Solutions in Pembroke Pines, FL is hiring part-time or full-time Behavior Technicians (RBT) to help children with autism. You will deliver ABA therapy one-on-one at home, school, and in the community, following a BCBA-designed treatment plan and collecting data in real time.

No ABA experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training, monthly supervision, and clear paths to growth. The role offers afternoon shifts (2pm–7pm) with flexible scheduling, tuition discounts,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete 40-hour RBT training and certify within 180 days.
• Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Own tablet or laptop for notes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy one-on-one with children at home, school, and community.
• Follow BCBA-designed treatment plans and collect data in real time.
• Write session notes within 24 hours.
• Respond to challenging behavior with the behavior plan.
• Coordinate check-in/out at each session with families.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and treatment team.
• Participate in monthly supervision and ongoing training.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow policies.
