Job summary

D & M Behavioral Solutions is seeking an RBT to join our team in South Florida, delivering ABA therapy in homes, schools, and communities. The role offers afternoon and some morning shifts, with caseloads built around your availability and neighborhood.

You will work under a BCBA, collect real-time data, and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills. Training, supervision, and support are provided to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current RBT certification or completed 40-hour training with the ability to certify within 180 days.
• Valid Florida driver license, reliable car, and auto insurance.
• Tablet or laptop for session notes.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Teaches communication, social, play, and daily living skills through play-based and naturalistic ABA.
• Collects accurate data in real time and completes session notes in ABA Matrix within 24 hours.
• Responds to challenging behavior using the strategies in the behavior plan.
• Checks in and out of every session at the point of care.
• Communicates professionally with caregivers, BCBAs, and the treatment team.
• Participates in monthly supervision and ongoing training.
• Maintains client confidentiality and follows D & M policies and the RBT Ethics Code.
