Achieve ABA Therapy Group is urgently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time, on-site role in Colorado Springs. This position offers weekday hours, meaningful one-on-one work, and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing
• Complete onboarding within 48 hours to match with first client quickly
• Ability to begin working within 14 days of accepting offer
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete all required background checks and onboarding requirements
• Dependable, patient, professional, and comfortable supporting children with behavioral needs

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
• Support the student’s communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation
• Collaborate professionally with the supervising BCBA
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication
