Job summary
Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children after school in Colorado. You will work closely with a supervising BCBA and families to foster communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and engage children.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills.
- Collaborate with families and supervising BCBA for guidance and progress tracking.
