Achieve ABA Therapy Group in Aurora, Colorado, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for consistent weekday afternoons. The role offers meaningful one-on-one work, strong clinical support, and opportunities for growth as new clients become available.

The position provides competitive hourly pay ($28.00–$33.00), a $500 sign-on bonus after 180 billable hours, PTO, travel reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and BCBA mentorship to help you advance your career.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing.
• Complete onboarding within 48 hours so we can match you with your first client quickly.
• Ability to begin working within 14 days of accepting an offer.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete all required background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Dependable, patient, professional, and comfortable supporting children with behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
• Support the student’s communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation
• Collaborate professionally with the supervising BCBA, and Achieve ABA team
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication
