Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children 18 months to 8 years old at our Colorado Springs clinic. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, starting immediately.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and promote learning through play and activities in a supportive team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma minimum; higher degrees welcomed.
• Commitment to reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
