Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician for a K–12 setting in Colorado Springs, CO. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with school teams to support students with behavioral and developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
• School-based or ABA experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students
• Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors
• Support students with social, emotional, and communication skills
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
