Job summary

Silver Tree Nursing is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will administer prescribed treatments, support PTs, document care, and help residents improve mobility and quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas PTA license in good standing and have SNF or long-term care exposure, plus familiarity with Net Health. We welcome new graduates to apply and offer competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license in good standing.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed PTA treatments to relieve pain and improve function.
• Provide skilled PT services under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Document care accurately and timely per policies and regulations.
• Assist with plans of care and communicate with PT and team.
