Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Painter to maintain building facilities in the West Palm Beach area. You will prepare interior and exterior surfaces, mix and apply paint, and complete touch-ups across units and common areas.

The role requires safety-conscious work, adherence to schedules, and the ability to collaborate with building staff. The position is full-time, on-site, with a pay range of $21–$22 per hour and standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of paint application experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work safely and follow procedures; physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces of building units and common areas.
• Prepare surfaces and apply paint and finishes; mix colors as needed.
• Inspect areas and adviseManager on touch-ups; ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Patch, sand and prepare surfaces; match colors accurately and maintain equipment.
