Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Painter in West Palm Beach, FL to maintain buildings by painting and finishing surfaces. The role covers interiors and exteriors, indoors or outdoors, with a schedule of Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and weekends off.

You will prepare surfaces, select and mix paints, and ensure safety and quality in every task, while coordinating with building staff and managers. The position offers full benefits and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of painting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains building/facility by cleaning surfaces, mixing and applying paint and finishers.
• Prepares interior and exterior surfaces of building/units/common areas.
• May work indoors, outdoors, or both.
• Ensures security procedures are followed at all times.
• Paints all common areas and performs touch-ups as needed.
• Inspects areas that need paint and advises the manager.
• Matches colors accurately and mixes paints.
• Follows all safety precautions while performing work.
• Maintains positive relationships with building staff.
• Completes daily work orders as scheduled.
• Operates new equipment safely and learns its use.
