Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Painter to maintain interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and communities in the West Palm Beach area. You will prepare surfaces, apply paint, and ensure safety while performing duties.

The role requires 2–3 years of painting experience and strong customer service and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and off weekends, offering benefits and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–3 years experience painting surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security procedures are followed at all times.
• Paint common areas and perform touch ups as required.
• Inspect areas for painting needs and advise manager.
• Match colors and mix paint.
• Follow safety precautions while working.
• Maintain positive relationships with building staff.
• Complete daily work orders as scheduled.
• Operate new equipment safely.
