Job summary

• Basic experience in painting and other wall covering techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Install and repair wall and ceiling coverings.
• Maintain caulked, grouted and masonry surfaces throughout the facility.
• Prepare and maintain wood surfaces, staining and varnishing.
• Manage inventory of supplies and report major repairs.
