Job summary

Hayes Gibson is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician in Bloomington, IN. This full-time role supports property upkeep, HVAC/plumbing/electrical tasks, and daily operations to ensure safe, comfortable living spaces for residents.

Hours are typically Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with on-call duties for emergencies. Compensation ranges hourly and includes benefits to support a stable work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain property buildings and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and more.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues; respond to work orders and complete repairs.

• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
