You will support resident satisfaction through timely, quality upkeep, contribute to safe environments, and help optimize cash flow and retention.

The role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks, with a focus on reliability, problem solving, and customer service for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance including HVAC, electrical and plumbing work.
• Practical problem-solving and proactive maintenance approach.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Customer service focus, responding to resident requests promptly.

Responsibilities

• Repair & Maintain: conduct routine and preventative maintenance on buildings and systems.
• Troubleshoot & Fix: respond to work orders, diagnose issues, perform repairs.
• Inspect & Report: perform regular property inspections and address findings.
• Safety & Compliance: follow safety regulations and company standards.
