Promises Behavioral Health in Pennsylvania seeks a Full-Time Primary Therapist to provide individual, group and family therapy, crisis intervention and psychoeducation for clients and families. You will oversee residential facilities and coordinate care with clinical teams, delivering psychosocial assessments and discharge summaries.

The role requires an LPC/LCSW/LMFT license (or intern status), a Master's/PhD in a counseling-related field, and at least three years in social work or related

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in counseling, social work, psychology or related field required.
• LPC/LCSW/LMFT and clinical qualification or intern status licensure required.
• Three years of experience in social work or related field.
• Experience with addictions and/or mental health.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and gender-specific issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy and crisis intervention.
• Provide psychosocial assessments, treatment plans and discharge summaries.
• Oversee residential facilities and coordinate with clinical teams.
• Conduct psychoeducation presentations and experiential learning groups.
