Job summary

Penn Medicine, a leading academic medical center in New Jersey, is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide comprehensive clinical services. The role includes clinical triage, individual/group/family therapy, and coordinated discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team.

The candidate must have a Master’s degree, eligibility for NJ licensure (LSW/LAC/psychologist) within one year, and CADC certification. At least two years’ experience in addiction treatment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in social sciences or related field.
• Credentials include NJ licensure eligibility: LSW, LAC, or psychologist with 3-year permit.
• Addictions Counselor CADC/CDA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate psychological and social care.
• Conduct individual, group and family therapy sessions.
• Complete treatment plans, evaluations, and summaries within time frames.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment plans and case management.
• Attend daily rounds and communicate patient status to the team.
• Assist with discharge planning and community/provider coordination.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts.
