Job summary

The Learning Experience in Cheshire, CT is seeking a caring Teacher to create a safe, engaging infant classroom and implement the LEAP Curriculum. You will build relationships with families and collaborate with peers.

Associates degree preferred; CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain. Pay rate is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, with health benefits and paid training.

Ensure compliance with all Connecticut state licensing and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience (1 year preferred).

Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred; High school diploma/GED required.

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and infant milestones.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
