Monarch Investment in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a full-time Porter to maintain property grounds, handle janitorial duties in common areas, and assist with light maintenance in vacant apartments. Training is available and growth opportunities exist.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Compensation starts at $16 per hour with quarterly bonuses up to $3,000 annually, plus a 401(k) with up to $4,000 match and various benefits.

Monarch Investment is seeking a full-time Porter (maintenance, janitorial and grounds) to join our team in in Fayetteville, NC. The Porter is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property grounds, janitorial needs to common areas, cleaning vacant apartments and helping with light maintenance tasks. We are willing to train the right person and there is opportunity for growth!

Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM

• Compensation: $16.00/ HR
• Up to$3,000a year in Quarterly Bonuses
