Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities Ridgeway is seeking a Resident Assistant for the Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The PM shift runs 2 PM to 10:30 PM with every other weekend, offering competitive pay and an $800 sign-on bonus.

You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care, assist with daily activities, mobility, and medication administration as per care plans, while building trusting relationships with residents and the team.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing health-related training or experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Assist residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer or assist with medications according to care plans and training.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful moments with residents.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to appropriate staff.
