Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from a two-year PTA program accredited by the APTA.
• Current Texas state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Minimum one year of home health experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapeutic programs under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Coordinate with Rehab Director to integrate therapy into the care plan.
• Instruct patients in exercises and precautions to improve function.
• Observe and document patient responses and progress.
• Participate in case conferences to align plans.
• Report adverse reactions and patient concerns promptly.
