Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Physical Therapist to assess and reassess rehabilitation needs, and to plan, implement, and supervise therapeutic programs including exercises, gait training, and wound care as part of a patient care plan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a curriculum in Physical Therapy approved by APTA or equivalent.
• Current Texas licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Two years appropriate experience as a Physical Therapist; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments of patient function and plan care.
• Plan, implement, and supervise an individualized therapeutic program.
• Coordinate with Rehab Director to integrate therapy into the plan of care.
• Instruct patients and family in exercises and precautions.
• Document patient progress and changes in treatment.
• Supervise PTA treatment and be available for calls.
• Participate in wound care per agency policy.
