Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery in Portland, OR is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join the Rose Quarter location. You will perform PTA tasks under the plan of care of a physical therapist, assisting with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Required qualifications include completion of an accredited PTA program, current licensure or certification, CPR/BLS, and 1+ year of PTA experience preferred.

Competenze

• Successful completion of Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited school.
• Current state licensure or certification for a PTA; CPR or BLS.
• One or more years as a PTA preferred.
• Knowledge of athletic injury recognition, prevention and treatment.
• Knowledge of medical practice policies, safety and QA requirements.
• Skill in evaluation and treatment; proficient use of therapy equipment.
• Strong communication to educate patients about therapy.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
