Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercise.
• Address strength, balance, gait, mobility, endurance, and functional independence.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as patients improve.
• Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with occupational, speech therapy, nursing, physicians, and other team members.
• Help patients transition to the next level of care and return to the community.
