Qualifications

• Current or eligible California Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Comfortable treating orthopedic, neurological, balance, and mobility conditions.
• Interest in working with adult and geriatric populations.
• Outpatient experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic, neurological, balance, mobility, and functional limitations.
• Developing individualized plans of care.
• Providing direct, hands-on treatment.
• Addressing strength, balance, gait, endurance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Treating orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Developing fall-prevention and balance programs.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans.
• Educating patients and families.
• Communicating with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Helping patients achieve meaningful functional goals and remain active in their community.
