Job summary

Orthopedic One is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate referred patients and develop treatment plans in line with APTA standards. You will maintain patient schedules, coordinate with referring sources, and ensure ethical, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include documenting evaluations, progress notes, and reports, while collaborating with the care team to adapt treatment as needed in a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure is required.
• CPR certification verification (including BLS/AED) is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred for physical therapy and submit evaluation reports.
• Ensure practice aligns with APTA ethics and standards; treat all patients with respect and without bias.
• Maintain patient treatment schedules and manage caseload with appropriate visits and duration.
• Prepare and submit department reports while protecting confidentiality of records.
