Orthopedic One in Columbus, OH seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate referred patients, develop treatment plans, and ensure care adheres to APTA standards. You will collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate care and report progress.

You will treat patients of all ages, maintain confidential records, and participate in department initiatives. A valid state license and CPR/BLS/AED certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited School of Physical Therapy with current state licensure.
• CPR certification including BLS/AED training.
• Experience evaluating and treating patients across age ranges per clinical protocol.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients referred for physical therapy and submit evaluation reports.
• Communicate evaluative findings with referral sources and other departments.
• Ensure treatment aligns with APTA ethics and standards of practice.
• Provide patient-centered care across all ages with respectful shared decision making.
• Maintain a patient treatment schedule and manage caseload with referrals.
• Prepare and submit department reports while ensuring confidentiality.
