One Senior Care seeks a full-time Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate care, companionship, and support to seniors in centers or homes. The role requires travel across the service area, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to adapt schedules with the care team.

Qualifikationen

• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Background check, health and safety screenings completed.
• Must be able to travel throughout service area.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain after hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care, supervision, and companionship to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Travel to participants' homes and accompany them to appointments when required.
• Observe and report changes in participant condition to the care team.
• Document care and services accurately in Alaya Care.
• Participate in team discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
