One Senior Care in Kentucky is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors in our centers or in their homes. The role requires flexibility, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel throughout the service area.

Starting pay is $14.50 per hour with a progression to $15.50 per hour after 90 days, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, and eligibility for a frontline incentive plan and other benefits.

Competenze

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with the frail or elderly population is a plus — but not required. Training will be provided.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care, supervision, and companionship to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Travel to participants' homes and accompany them to appointments when required.
• Observe and report changes in participant condition to the care team.
• Document care and services accurately in Alaya Care.
• Adapt schedules based on participant needs and communicate with scheduling staff.
