Critical Nurse Staffing is seeking a passionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for private in-home care. This role offers both full-time and part-time options, with $20.00 per hour and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Ideal candidates will provide one-on-one care in the patient’s home, promoting independence and safety. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and willingness to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 12–16 hours).
