Job summary

The Pediatric Practice in Atlanta, GA seeks a full-time front desk member to greet patients and manage check-in/check-out, copay collection, demographics and insurance verification. Shifts are Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch; Saturdays 8:30 AM–noon on a rotating basis.

The role emphasizes excellent verbal communication and basic typing and computer skills in a busy clinic. Experience in Pediatric office settings and bilingual abilities are a plus; training provided to ensure

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of Healthcare experience, preferably Pediatric.
• Bubbly personality.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Familiarity with computers and other office equipment.
• Basic typing and keyboard skills.
• Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families upon arrival.
• Check-in/ check-out, collect copay's, verify demographics and insurance.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Performs additional duties as required.
