Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for its pawn stores nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate works with the store team to handle lending and retail transactions, greeting customers and providing friendly service while recommending financial solutions.

The role offers an hourly wage of $10.75 to $13.00, with commission based on productivity. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid vacation, Earned Wage Access, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and offer financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains displays.
• Performs sales and loan transactions per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per policies and procedures.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions clearly.
• Collaborates with coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
